All Airsoft guns shoot plastic BB's at a somewhat high velocity. They will shoot anywhere from 100-200 feet accurately. Therefore, they require you to be at least 18 years of age or have parents permission before placing an order. AIRSOFT DEPOT CANNOT and WILL NOT be responsible for any misuse or injury that results from the use of our Airsoft products. In addition, we cannot sell to any area where Airsoft guns are prohibited by law. Guns are required to have the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in blaze orange. It is the responsibility of the customer to be in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. CREDIT CARD ORDERS AIRSOFT DEPOT accepts Discover, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard as payment on orders to anywhere within the United States. For orders with separate billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to verify the order via telephone before shipment. We understand this may be an inconvenience in some cases; however it is necessary to help prevent against credit card fraud and also to prevent minors from obtaining replica guns. If the billing/shipping address does not match that which is on file with the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We cannot work out credit card problems with your financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved. COD Sorry, no CODs. AGE You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from AIRSOFT DEPOT. SHIPPING AIRSOFT DEPOT uses UPS as our shipper. UPS cannot ship to a Post Office Box. If you receive mail at a Post Office Box please provide your physical street address in the Shipping Address area. Not doing so can result in delaying the order from shipping out or cancellation. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day or Next Day/ Overnight Air. UPS does not ship Ground to Alaska or Hawaii. Not choosing 2nd Day or Next Day/ Overnight Air at checkout can result in delaying the order from shipping or cancellation. UPS can not guarantee Overnight shipping to Hawaii. WARRANTY Most products come with a manufacturer warranty of 15 days unless otherwise stated. Accessories that come with any gun are not under warranty and will not be replaced. If an item breaks or malfunctions under normal use you may request a RMA# within 15 days of delivery and return the item with given RMA# for repair or replacement. The warranty is void if the item is altered or abused (Examples: altering or removing the orange tip, disassembling, reusing BBs or shooting wrong type "cheap ammo" or weight of BB, using paintballs, dropping or mishandling the product). There is no warranty on accessories that come with guns, only on accessories that are purchased seperately. If you take your gun apart the warranty is void! DO NOT take the gun apart or try to fix your gun unless under instruction from our service department. Damage sustained during use in “war games” is not covered under warranty, so if a gun is dropped or hit against a tree the manufacturer will not pay for a replacement gun. Some items will need to be returned to the importer or manufacturer for repair or replacement. We do not issue prepaid shipping labels. The customer is responsible for shipping the product. Why do I have to pay for shipping to send back a broken item? All returns need to be evaluated by a Certified Airsoft Gun Technician. If after the evaluation it is determined that the item in question has a manufacturers defect, in most cases you will be compensated for the return shipping. AIRSOFT DEPOT makes every effort to be as reasonable as possible. For example if you have done something to your gun so that it is no longer covered under warranty please just tell us the truth and we will do our best to help you. Airsoft guns do not “just fall apart”. Please be as accurate as possible when explaining how your gun broke. WARNING!!
Altering or removing the orange tip from an airsoft gun will void its warranty. Federal law prohibits commercial sale or transport of an airsoft gun without orange safety markings. ANY gun sent back with its orange tip altered or removed will be DESTROYED immediately with NO COMPENSATION to the customer. Any gun returned without an orange tip will be digitally photographed and documented for any further investigations/evidence. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!!
